We can help with your automation needs, whether it is your design or you need engineering support. Some projects we have completed are:

Feed and Trim Machine: Trims a measured strip from each end of an extrusion

Continuous Feed Oven: Loads/Unloads parts from trays which then progress through oven for a total cook time of two hours

Punch and Notch Machine: Notches, punches holes, and trims an extrusion

Seal Assembly Cell: assemble, lube, crimp, spring insertion, and inspection machine uses carrousel to index to each operation station, with conveyer feed in and out and a rejection option after the inspection station.

Flow Meter Calibration Machine: Blow-down type machine o compare physical volume versus counts for large (4" to 12") turbine flow meters

Cut-to-Length machine: trims extrusion to precise length

Twine Dying Machine:

Mouse Hole Dies: The ultimate in operator safety for custom extrusion end-trims

Pratt & Whitney CNC Retrofit: We replaced the CNC portion of a 1984 vintage 3-axis “Viking” mill, upgrading the existing tape-driven system to PC based control with motion card, using existing drives and quadrature encoders

Mazak VTC41 Retrofit: We upgraded the CNC and PLC portions of a 1993 vintage 3-axis machining center, upgrading the existing system to PC based control with motion card. Upgrade included tool change and rigid tap. Upgrade utilized existing drives and encoders

Ground-Loading Stock Trailer: We designed three sizes of trailers, complete with air-ride suspension, and air over hydraulic ramp/gates for a local trailer manufacturer.
